There are 2 main elements to consider for customers to view and purchase stock media. The Gallery Icon is public designed to view low resolution jpeg media. The download file is the High Resolution Media located on our server in a protected folder, not visible on the web. The Customer receives the download file after completing their credit card transaction.

There are 2 files to upload, Gallery Icon & High Resolution Media with 3 steps to complete.

Gallery Icon is 500 x 500 pixels - 72 dpi - RGB - Save as Jpeg. 500 pixels is the maximum for either the width or height.
High Resolution Media is much larger file in megabytes (mb/mg) and the actual working file for the designer/producer.
Current file types include: gif, jpg, png, tif, au, avi, aif, mid, mp3, mpg, mov, ra, ram, rar, swf, wav, wma, wmv.
For file formats not viewable within a web browser, the system provides a link for customers to download the other file formats to be viewed locally in the associated application - meaning you are able to upload most media such as images, animation, flash, video, audio files to the Server. In the future we will upgrade the Gallery to view Quicktime.

Step One | Upload Gallery Icon This is a low resolution jpeg file that customers see on the website. Click on "Media Manager" pick an existing Category or create a New Category. "Add New Media" will appear after you select a Category. Browse, find file on your computer, open and fill in "Media Properties"

System Name is your actual filename and the system does not accept spaces, duplicate file names or odd characters.
Display Name is what the customers see, you can also fill in Author, Copyright, Keywords and Description.
Keywords are followed with ; semi colons after a word. Example- sky;sunset;illustration;one moment;bird

Check one "Media Type" Royalty Free, Rights Managed, NA

Select a "Product Type"

Rights Managed Option * Check Rights Managed under "Media Type" and it uses our Licence Calculator.
Rights Managed Option * Check NA under "Media Type" set your price and skip our Licence Calculator.

Limited Editions & Fine Art - Work cannot be re-sold in RF/RM categories, unless permission is received from the buyer. Upload a Gallery Icon with a Download file for the buyer to preview prior to delivery, set price and shipping costs.

Then SUBMIT to save (located at bottom of page.) The Gallery Icon is now live.

Step Two | Upload High Resolution Media (located on top - right.) Browse, locate the high res file on your computer, open and then Select the category directory the file should go into and SUBMIT.

Step Three |  Instant Download? Check Instant Download Box (located on the bottom-right column) to change the status by checking the correct box beside the Product Type. A window will pop up, Browse, locate the high res file you uploaded earlier. Select the category directory where the file is located. Click on SAVE button.

Then SUBMIT (located at bottom of page) to save all changes. This links all the info and the 2 files together. You must enable Instant Download Link for Customers to be able to download.

Tip * IPTC metadata & Keywords: Additional search capabilities include IPTC metadata. Metadata is a great way to protect, store portable text based information with your files and can include, copyright info, your website, caption, credits, keywords, description, creation date, location, source information, special instructions. We strongly urge you to take advantage of metadata for descriptive information embedded inside your digital files.

Tip * To add IPTC data to your files in Photoshop go to "File Info" form where you can insert and edit your data for Jpeg images. Traditional keywords are also available followed with ; semi colons after the word. Example illustration;people;blue;natural moment;sun;birds;
